Biden says he doesn’t think Putin will use nuclear weapons in Ukraine war

U.S. President Joe Biden explained he will not feel Russian President Vladimir Putin will use nuclear weapons regardless of recurring threats to do so — even as the Russian leader continues to push on in the war in Ukraine.
